Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data we process when you use inai.dev, for what purpose and which rights you have. We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish LOPDGDD 3/2018.

01 Data controller
InAI, reachable at hola@inai.dev, is the controller of the personal data collected on this website.
02 Which data we process and why
Contact form: name, email and whatever you include in your message, to answer your request. Newsletter: your email and preferred language, to send you the updates you asked for via double opt-in. Technical logs: IP address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention.
03 Legal basis
Contact: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with one click (art. 6.1.a). Security logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (art. 6.1.f).
04 Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as the conversation lasts and at most 2 years. Newsletter subscriptions, until you unsubscribe. Technical logs, at most 12 months.
05 Recipients and processors
We use Cloudflare, Inc. as edge delivery and compute infrastructure, under the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
06 Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@inai.dev. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
