Access to the Site is free and grants the condition of user, who agrees to use it diligently and lawfully. Using the Site for unlawful purposes or in ways harmful to InAI or third parties is forbidden.
03 Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of the Site — texts, trademarks, logos, design and code — belong to InAI or its licensors. No exploitation rights are granted beyond what is strictly necessary to browse the Site.
04 Liability
InAI is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the Site or from information on linked third-party sites. We strive to keep information up to date but do not guarantee the absence of errors.
05 Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals determined by applicable law.
